Merken College No. 9 is further called "specialist training provider", the director of the college G. K. Mamyrbayev and KH "Moldir-G" are further called "employer", the director of the Merken District Employment Center E. Duysebayev is called "coordinator", the agreement between the three parties was concluded on the basis of the Charter of the college as follows:

TASK OF THE "SPECIALIST TRAINING PROVIDER"

1. training of specialists at the expense of the state;

2. Create the necessary conditions for students to master educational programs;

3. to achieve the development of creative abilities of the individual in self-improvement;

4. formation of professional specialists involved in the socio – political, economic and cultural life of the Republic, conscious understanding of their civil competence, rights and obligations;

5. equipping training with modern educational technologies and information technologies;

6. continuous improvement of the educational process in the training of specialists in specialties;

7. improving the qualification level of teachers;

8.integration into the world educational space and cultural achievements.

1. implementation of the state program for the development of Education;

2. improving the motivation of students to receive high-quality education, continuous improvement of pedagogical skills and qualifications of teachers;

3. conduct practical training of students in educational institutions;

4. employment of specialists who graduated in 2019;
